FAQ

How do you make Cinematic?
Good question. Answer... Prayer. Prayer and a good, old-fashioned pencil. I use a .5mm automatic pencil, because I love them so. My pencil of choice is the Zebra M-301 (uhh, no, of course I didn't get paid to say that). Then, after crying and screaming and frantically writing a script and doodling it, I ink it with a set of Faber-Castell PITT artist pens. The comic is still in its infancy, so I don't really have a "method to the madness" yet (Christ, I'm doing this BEFORE I start making the comics). Oh, but the scripts are all written in advance. Then I draw them later. YAAAY productivity!

Okay... so WHY do you do it?
I guess I do it because... because I want to. I've been wanting to draw comics since 6th grade. Now I finally have the ability, the time, and the energy, I guess. I love making laughter. Is that really so terrible? These things make me giggle. I like to giggle.

Is Cinematic based on real people, places, and events?
Like any good webcomic, Cinematic is 50% based on reality. Maybe more, maybe less. Yes, I am a complete, total and utter film geek, and so is the real-life Keryk. But my name is not Caesar, and the real-life Sakura isn't named Sakura. Keryk and Sakura are dating, but we're all still high school students, not college dorm-mates.

Is Keryk really your half-brother?
Yes and No. It depends on which tree you're planning on hanging us from by our intestines.

Errr... care to explain that?
No, little girl, no I won't.

You're weird, you know that?
Yeah, yeah, what else is new.

You don't have a lot of questions up here, do you?
No, no I don't. Why dont you email me a question and maybe I'll add it? ...haHA! Now I ask YOU the questions! *insert maniacal laugh here*
